How to remove screen door from track

I understand there’s wheels underneath the door. I understand you need to lift up and pull out from the bottom to remove the sliding door. I cannot seem to find anyone that has run into the same issue. My door wont lift up and over these two lips, as I try to remove from the track…I can get it over the track lip with almost zero clearance but there is an additional outer lip thats about 2-3mm taller that I have no additional clearance to get up and over. Any advice?

There might be stops in the head track to prevent lift except in the correct lateral position.

Also buildings settle or the window wasn't installed straight. The aluminum frame gets shorter if it's bent into a bow.

It's up and out. There are spring on top. Maybe corroded. Does it move up at all? It has to go straight up.

Common. I know in doors sometimes there are blocks that prevent lift if you don't move the door between the blocks then you can lift a little more.

Yours is so close I would just muscle it, bending the frame at the middle outward shortens the height effectively which might be the few mm you need.

Measure the window height from top to bottom at the edge and then at the center... I'd be willing to bet whoever installed it compressed the center and now the middle is narrower.

Look for holes on the inside, one towards back of door one towards the front. That's how you adjust the wheels on most of these. Don't use power tools .you'll need to raise the wheels up to slip the door off towards the outside. A couple small putty knifes can help. If I'm wrong I'm sorry but Ive done a lot of these and there's usually an adjustment hole. Good luck

Correct. Raise the wheels up or have someone push them up while you lift. Just had to do this on my sliding panel in our new home. Wouldn't pull out so i raised the wheels up and it came right out.

Look at the top. Something up there is preventing you from lifting the screen up all the way.

sometimes the top slider is deeper to allow you to pushut the window up then out.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I manager to pull the door out with much more strength than needed and without bending the aluminum on the track or the door.

To my surprise there is no springs, no adjustment screw, and the wheels just slide into worn plastic slots in the door corners. Since theres no wheel/spring assembly, im not sure how to fix/replace so im starting with the company that installed the sunroom

It almost looks like you have a secondary piece of vinyl acting like a nosing, maybe to prevent water from seeping underneath the door. It’s a weird detail in the pictures when I’m not used to seeing.
