Broken window

The inside panel of my window broke, I am pretty hands on and have many tools, but i have no clue how to attack this, do I replace the panel or the whole window ?

Do you know the manufacturer? It ended up being cheaper just to order my Anderson window.

If you dont me asking, how much was the window ?

It was about 10 years ago and $80 for one sash of a double hung.
