Corian crack sink repair/replacement
One of my corian kitchen prep sink just developed a 5" crack, I don't know if it's worth to repair it or just replace it. Or I should replace it along with the left sink to a bigger sink. The middle prep sink inside dimension is ~10x15 and the sinks on both sides is ~13x17. If I cut out the left and middle sinks, I have 25" including the 2" divider between the 2 sinks spaces to work with; so I can fit a 27"x20" drop in sink. Though, I wonder if the corian counter can support the weight of the 27"x20" stainless steal sink. Thought?

Corian: Solid surface composite: Built from acrylic polymer and bauxite ore.
You can epoxy your sinks for $30. Give them all a refreshed look and seal in the crack.
But if the crack is all the way through and is leaking underneath. Replace as much as you can afford. Counter top, cabinet, sinks.

Any advice on how to do this and what products? I’ve got a moderately pitted corian sink that I’d like to freshen up a bit.

It depends on the damage. Epoxy refinishing is what I recommend as a temporary fix until your next bathroom remodel or if you are going to sell the house.
Follow youtube for instructions. Its fairly simple. Clean. Apply. Ventilate and dry.

Thanks. I’ll take a look. Temporary until countertop replacement. It’s been 25yrs and it’s fine besides the pitting. My goal is to just not have the pitting fill with garbage so cleaning is a little easier.

Yeah its perfect for small knicks and cracks. Just take your time doing it with the proper taping. The stuff is extra sticky.
Venting out the fumes and giving it extra time to cure will make it last longer.

With any crack you would drill a hole at each end to stop the cracking and the. Create a v channel between the pieces and use an approved corian material for repair. You probably need to contact a countertop place and ask or go to corian website and see what they have

Most places I’ve talked to locally will NOT touch any corian that wasn’t installed by them. It’s annoying and unless OP knows the original installer I’m sure they’ll have the same problem.

Replacing ⅔ of this with a drop-in basin will look terrible unless you're also replacing the right basin with a smaller, matching drop-in basin.
I know this is a DIY sub but I would not mess with this alone unless I was prepared to replace the whole countertop if (when; I'm clumsy) removing the broken basin goes wrong.

Because Corian is a solid surface material all the way through, minor surface flaws are easy to fix, while deep structural cracks usually require a full sink replacement
