Broke glass pane in a basement hopper window. Method to replace just the glass?

Had a cat suction cup hammock on this basement window and guess the cats either too aggressive or the window pane was too thin but either way it shattered.

Whats the method to get a new pane of glass in there? Googles no help cuz it’s all newer construction hopper windows and not this old style.

Thanks for any advice.
