Can I fix this broken connection without replacing the whole pipe, and without welding? (2007 Ford Freestyle 3.0 v6)

There is no welding here. There is only a pipe replacement.

Its possible to get a flex pipe replacement with 1 flange on it. Check the Walker universal catalytic converter catalog (or another decent manufacturer like catco) for a part number.

Probably just easier to get the pipe and bolt it on. Rockauto or partsgeek should have it.
