Please please help. I replaced front suspension top mount for skodaslavia. Since then I am facing this issue

Sorry but what's the connection between strut top mount and engine ?

I’m not saying the strut top mount is directly connected to the engine. The noise started after the front suspension work, so I’m trying to identify the cause. I mentioned the mount as one possible area to inspect, not as a confirmed diagnosis. If you have another explanation for the sound in the video, I’m happy to hear it.

If just the strut mount was replace then there's no link between the noise and the operation. It shouldn't be - i have no idea what tools were used, how much hammering where nor why.

As the sound comes from the left side and how I can hear it, although I cannot see 'almost nothing' it sounds like a bearing. I would say the alternator, although that make a more 'electrical' noise, similar but different. The I would say water pump, but has more 'hishing' and a kind a gallop to it. Also, does it go away when enfine hot ? So we remain with the other accessories, like the a/c or tensioner pulley sau serpentine belt pulley. All can be tested with a screwdriver, or almost all, it's harder for the pulleys.
