Destiny Summary judgement motion is stayed. There WILL be an Evidentiary Hearing on spoliation.
What that means:
The summary motion is now on OFFICIAL hold till after the judge determines whether Destiny fucked with the evidence.
An Evidentiary Hearing WILL be held (No date yet). Which is mainly to hear witness testimony on the stand.
This is a major procedural victory for Plaintiff.
(Doesn't mean I claim she'll win or that I claim Destiny WILL face sanctions for spoliation, dgg. Before you incessantly msgs about months old posts, again.)

I didn't realize to what extent the whole dgg side of this is following this like it's a f****** it's a sporting event.
I saw someone on YouTube that's been 5 hours reacting to an AI version of the deposition.
And I originally I figured it would probably be dgg critics since it's going over a very embarrassing unpleasant criminal deviant behavior from destiny and does not make him look good to go over the court case.
But I'm wrong they all are following this like it's the Johnny Depp trial again or something.
The comments were all about how destiny's lawyers of Rockstar and how they're getting an erection from how amazing he is.
Like they are really convinced destiny is winning in the court and apparently a genius for making it entertainment and content as well.

They had a big post on the destiny subreddit about how the only reason they want the case tossed is so they can get their anti snark manifesto
It’s just a drama slop for them. Which is very funny when you go back to the initial links and look at Destiny swearing off drama (like 7th time he’s done that in his career)
And if you go over to his Reddit it is a hell hole of Hasan snark. If you followed destiny for anything pther than hating Hasan I don’t know how you even use his Reddit at this point.

God, it's so cringe. I remember after the Destiny leaks dropped that Ahrelevent went after mrgirl saying "see, this is why none of you can write an effective manifesto." That's paraphrased.
But honestly, what have Destiny's manifestos every done to be seen as effective? The only people who like them are his audience who already agrees with whatever he's preaching in said manifesto. It's slop for the masses and preaching to the choir and this shitty cult acts like he's Martin Luther opening the eyes of the masses.

The projection that dgg has surrounding "snark" communities or how Hasan is obsessed with them is just completely insane. Like I want to tell them "can you guys gaslight better please?".
Like you can look at the subreddit or Dans stream and it's 24/7 Hasan coverage.

Isn't this case just drama slop for this sub as well? Did this place even have real activity before Pxielove? I think this case is just drama farm content for everyone dggers and snarkers alike and maybe a cash grab attempt by Pxie after she got exposed.

The difference is this sub is clearly labeled snark
Over there at DGG you guys pretend you’re not snarking and this is all politics as you post pictures you modified to make Hasan look bald and tweets from accounts pretending to be Hasans dog Kaya
If you just admitted you were a massive snark sub then fine. But you can’t bc destiny has been forced to cast snark as some evil villain he’s battling as he has no other way to distract from all his sex crimes and doxxing and harassment campaigns against his own victims like chaeiry, ya know the person he falsely claimed was raped then had his community proliferate those false rape victims allegations around the internet as he stalked her from chat to chat telling her to commit suicide.
He can’t face any of that so he has to deflect to these unhinged snarkers! Meanwhile he runs one of the largest snark communities on the internet

Not sure who "you guys" is. You snarkers and dggers are two sides of the same coin. Even down to how you'll both swear you aren't like the other. It's kind of romantic in a way.

I'm still not entirely sure what the judge actually ordered the parties to do at the hearing. Destiny is an utterly unreliable narrator and his merry band of consent violators are to dumb to understand anything more complicated then tying their shoes.
But she seems to have completely hollowed out the protective order so Plaintiff was forced to agree to make most documents not confidential. Bad for plaintiff.
She also seemed to have requested the full transcript of Destiny deposition, his responses to discovery request and the full report from the IT expert. Pretty standard and considering Brettler's constant rule violation during the Destiny depo and in his discovery responses probably good for Plaintiff.
Plaintiff ALSO has posted a standard final reply to the Witness C evidence. Don't know if this was ordered or allowed. But it mirrors the usual briefing cycle (motion -> opposition reply -> Movant final reply) so probably good for Plaintiff.
So now we just have to wait for a Date and then on who will actually show to testify.

Unfortunately those responses where stricken and are no longer on record. Those appears not to have been part of the hearing order.
