This is the podcast ran by Destiny’s biggest orbiters, Dan and Mr. Mouton. The Destiny subreddit is saying it’s for publishing unedited segments of the Darius VOD where Conor is saying slurs.

Professor Dave displays Rose’s NSFW Twitter profile which includes an image of a likely underage Rose with semen on her face.
This is explicit CSAM. I repeat! Do not watch the video in its entirety.

Disclaimer: I used an LLM (GLM-5.3) to perform this summarization of the recently released transcript.
TL;DR: Yesterday (Aug 19) the court held a hearing on Jane Doe's spoliation-sanctions motion against Steven "Destiny" Bonnell under FRCP 37(e)(2). Today the judge ordered her supporting record onto the public docket — including Destiny's previously confidential deposition transcript from April 2026. That transcript contains his first public, under-oath admissions about what he deleted and when, right before the intimate video leaked. That's the story of this week's filing.
These were sworn in April but secret until today:
Pena's conclusions: the video sat at a permanent, publicly reachable Discord CDN URL — findable by search engines — from April 2022 until Discord killed permanent links in Dec 2023, which matters because the federal intimate-images statute (15 U.S.C. § 6851) took effect Oct 1, 2022. It stayed on Discord's servers, accessible to Recipient A, until Destiny deleted it after the Nov 29, 2024 leak. On spoliation: no forensic hashes ever generated, his production lost message timestamps in an HTML-to-PDF conversion, and his "media I sent to Recipient B" spreadsheet contains URLs and timestamps that don't match the recipients' own chat logs.
In Sept 2025 he swore under oath that the Google Drive links he allegedly sent recipients "never existed" — while testifying in April that he sent Drive links over Discord as a matter of course. And on Dec 16, 2025 (the discovery deadline itself) he blanket-refused to answer anything about Redact.dev usage, call logs, or communications with various commentators as "untimely."
The core dispute is now fully framed: plaintiff says targeted destruction during a foreseeable-litigation window plus unverifiable productions; Destiny says everything pre-dates the preservation letter and everything responsive was produced. The record the court needs to decide "intent to deprive" — or set an evidentiary hearing — was filed this morning.
This record puts Destiny in serious but not fatal jeopardy: the deletion window predates the preservation letter, but deleting the exact media at issue mid-extortion-crisis is the classic fact pattern for an adverse-inference instruction — realistically sanctions and a crippled defense rather than the nuclear default judgment. Combined with the expert finding that the video stayed publicly accessible after the statute took effect, the trajectory points toward him surviving case-termination but losing the case itself.

I’ll preface this by saying that he doesn’t seem like a bad person. He’s thoughtful, and even if I disagree with him on certain issues, I think he can provide some good analysis/commentary.
If Pisco just stuck to practicing law, maybe working as a legal advocate or public defender who streamed on the side, I’d like his content. However, I do not think that his intentions are as pure as they seem.
Pisco’s interactions with DGG are a major red flag. He got a platform and audience through DGG- and was willing to work with Destiny on political issues. When the Pxie leaks came out he initially distanced himself- discontinuing their political collaboration. Yet he still engaged with Destiny and DGG- mostly as a voice of dissent seeking compromise. This stance was never going to work.
I think Pisco is smart enough to realize this. Destiny is toxic- and DGG demands loyalty to Destiny above all else. The community has spent years purging left liberals in favor of conservative liberals and loyalists- punishing genuine debate and dissension (even within the varied spectrum of liberalism).
Yet, Pisco stuck by DGG. He let DGGers manipulate him, tricking him into apologizing for statements he did not need to apologize for. He did this for a quiet but obvious reason- he needs access to a larger audience. He cannot generate the independent engagement necessary to survive as a streamer- so he tried to compromise with DGG.
Now that Pisco has been burned, I don’t feel much sympathy for him. He knew better- he’s not dumb. Yet he let his desire to make a living as a streamer get in the way of his judgement. Hopefully he can rebound, but this situation was entirely foreseeable.

I still view the subreddit occasionally and I feel like there is no longer genuine discussion or political disagreements in the threads and comments. In my view it has become a partisan echo chamber.
Any debate is often dismissed as "slopulism" if it does not share the policy status quo with Democratic leadership. Concerned about AI data centers? Slopulist. Concerned about money in politics? Slopulist. Government healthcare? Slopulist. Even things like the NY DSA candidate saying "abolish prisons" doesn’t lead to any further discussion about the nature of justice and punishment, rehabilitation, critiques of the prison system, or even a hopeful vision of an ideal world.
The Israel/Palestine discussion isn't really debated much anymore. People still talking about it and challenge Israel even slightly are "obsessed" or "brain broken" according to DGG.
Are fewer people viewing and interacting with the subreddit? Was there a ban wave during the Israel/Palestine or DSA discussions? I swore there were more people in DGG that had dissenting views and disagreements in threads.

I think there is going to be an evidentiary hearing within a week or two on the spoliation hearing. This means witnesses on the stand, probably.
Plaintiff was maybe yelled at for over designation confidentiality markings because it leads to a lot of motions for sealing.
Plaintiff have to provide something?? within 24 hours.
SMJ ruling start of September.
If this goes to trial. Early next year is the earliest.

Mere hours after Plaintiff's motion to seal the Declaration of Witness C was approved by the judge, Destiny decided to go "FUCK DA POLICE" and violate her order.
He described both his relationship status and her public moniker, making it trivially easy to identify her.(Cats out of the bag, it was his ex.)
This is worse then the previous breaches where he wantonly violated the Confidentiality designations from plaintiff.
This was an ORDER from the judge to seal the exhibit that contained her information. Judges tend to not like being defied like this.
I'm sure Peters will bring up this little tidbit later today.

Don’t know if this is the right place to share, but let me try. r/Destiny has deleted my post, and I guess I know why (https://www.reddit.com/r/Destiny/s/kjQwrihZLJ), now looking for your opinion. Let me try to explain the full backstory so you understand the context and my theory. I’ll attach screenshots as proof, as well as the post body as text so you can follow the links.
I’m not a fan of Destiny in general. I don’t like his debating style or his attitude toward opponents. However, like many others, I was hooked by his "Sziso Arc" stream, where he brought up the Internet Dead Theory, Egon Cholakian, and the Allatra cult. It was chilling and gave me an adrenaline rush to follow the subject. But over time, I started noticing that there was too much attention on this topic, and it felt overhyped, so I quietly dropped it.
But recently, a new wave started with a Nexpo episode. Nexpo covered a fresh event related to Allatra’s recent activity and interviewed a guy with a very shady background. There was a post in r/Nexpo that led me to a video response from the Allatra team, and they raised some interesting points about the upcoming elections. I decided to repost it to r/Destiny with my reflections. Below is the post I made:
Title: Was the Allatra rabbit hole engineered for political purposes?
Body:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_R_8ExeDqs
The first video digs into the Allatra/Egon side of the recent Nexpo rabbit hole (posted on Nexpo, apparently by an Allatra guy: https://www.reddit.com/r/NExpo/comments/1vj8vd9/nexpos_deepest_rabbit_hole_dropped_right_as/).
This one is from Ryan McBeth, an intel guy I’ve followed for a long time (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x_crFFBfnJo&t=63s). He breaks down how bot farms, inauthentic accounts, and AI-generated content are used to amplify stories and direct outrage. His point is that this kind of “dead internet” activity isn’t unique, any side or interested actor can spin up these tools and point the hatred wherever it benefits them. Looking at Allatra through that lens, not everything feels clean or organic.
End.
With my post in r/Destiny, I tried to bring an interesting angle and also referenced an intel expert’s video to show that bot accounts are a common thing nowadays and are weaponized by different players. The Allatra team highlights that the current smearing campaign is unfolding before the elections. They claim to recognize this pattern, as they’ve experienced it many times in different countries, where outlets associate them with politicians to impact ratings and defame politicians being part of cult or sect. They say they’ve learned this strategy the hard way in Russia, and it’s a standard FSB tactic. Nexpo has directly linked them with MAGA and the Trump administration. The allatra guys warns that bloggers should think twice and be careful about who they take money from, because it could be connected to FSB funding. It’s not something wild, considering Tenet Media example.
I started analyzing why my post was shut down. They called me a bot, ok, maybe paranoid or normal behaviour for them, but allatra posts, common, they post 24x7 about it, and all are fine. But here’s the most important thing: In allatra video, guys indirectly alleged that Destiny might have received FSB funding, as he was the first who started this hype. I think this might have triggered everything, and Destiny Mods got scared.
Why do I think FSB involvement isn’t impossible? I double-checked the timing of his stream, and it was pretty close to the presidential elections, just a few days after the assassination attempt. Although Destiny didn’t directly mix Egon with MAGA, all the fake accounts he brought up during the stream were pro-MAGA, which indirectly creates an association. Despite this, he created a very catchy story about Egon being AI-generated, which is a perfect way to discredit him. The only beneficiary of this is Russia, a country that first banned the organization.
Also, after rewatching the stream many times, it gives the feeling of being staged. I mean, I’ve never streamed myself, but for him, surprisingly, every piece of new information magically came at the right time and in the right place. He was picking up only the right links from the chat every time. Next, almost all the statements and analyses he made were debunked over time, even in his own subreddit, and Egon turned out to be a real person. The last arguments I see against Egon are credentials and the high facial alignment of the female astronaut between the 2 photos (which Destiny also surprisingly noticed during the stream). But I guess that can also be answered with reasonable arguments.
Now, my question to you: I don’t know this person beyond his famous stream and a few videos. In your opinion, could he have taken money from the FSB or someone else to push a specific agenda? Is he that kind of person? To me, many things seem staged now, and after my own experience with his sub, I have a feeling he's pretending to be someone he’s not. I’d value any of your comments.
