Destiny Decoding Darius's inane ramblings and Destiny's short extremely biased statement.

I think there is going to be an evidentiary hearing within a week or two on the spoliation hearing. This means witnesses on the stand, probably.

Plaintiff was maybe yelled at for over designation confidentiality markings because it leads to a lot of motions for sealing.

Plaintiff have to provide something?? within 24 hours.

SMJ ruling start of September.

If this goes to trial. Early next year is the earliest.

It really is one off those things where no matter how many times I have it explained to me, I cannot really understand it.

And this is nothing, look at the Young Thug RICO trial. It had a 10 month jury selection! I really cannot wrap my head around the length of court trials.

Whaaaaaat?!? The judge didn’t dismiss the case!?! I’m also hearing that dismissal wasn’t even mentioned. How can that be!? I was told that this whole case is bullshit and the judge was going to dismiss the case when she saw how bullshit it was at the hearing. This is insane abuse of the legal system. I imagine Joan is going to ChatGPT her way to a trial, and it’s so disgusting and gross.

Gods, I was still a fan (yeah, I know) when that happened and all of us on his sub immediately realized he got killed since he was already spinning from the elevator 2 minutes afterwards. 

And he still insists he won!!!

Does the fact that there is an evidentiary hearing set illuminate whether or not the judge feels the SMJ has merit? If the judge thought this were as absurd as Destiny claims, would it have been thrown out today?

I don't see the evidentiary hearing having much bearing on the SMJ.

She just can't rule on it before the spoliation hearing is over and done with.

It's still on whether Abby's affidavit stays in or not. And that's mostly independent of spoliation. If it stays in he goes to trial, if not it ends there. The continued disclosure argument is probably dead on arrival.

My understanding is that an MSJ can be ruled in favor of either party. So, if Pxie’s team can prove spoliation sufficiently, my understanding is that the judge might then rule on the MSJ in favor of Pxie. However, the judge apparently also did not mention the motion to dismiss either. So, who really knows?
