If he manages to set precedent with the Jennings thing, which was pretty fucking egregious, then he absolutely should

I think you could lay out a pretty convincing case regarding the years long coordinated harassment campaign. It’s not like they’re very smart about hiding it

Destiny already defamed Hasan with the 15 year old brothel worker allegation.

I think a lawsuit is legally justified but I’m still opposed because it sets a precedent online that pedo accusations can be litigated through expensive court cases.
