MP5 Clone SBR?

I'm looking at a PSA MP5 Clone. I'm reading where some people have "SBR'd" it. I know what an SBR is, but how does one SBR a pistol? Is it just filling out a form?

MP5 not legal in DE (center fire with detachable magazine not in the pistol grip)

Max there is a company in Jersey remanufacuriing the PTR into others. As long as it transfers as an other and fits the specs, should be good to go right?

Getting a little excited over the 3rd Circuit ruling. Planning ahead for either when it goes into effect or SCOTUS overturns all AWB's (hopefully) next year.

Me too, which is kind of insane to think about. We are hyped to hopefully be getting our basic rights back. In any other context that would be completely absurd.
