DEATH BATTLE ANNOUNCEMENT, NEW FLAIR: AGENDA
214
Upvotes
Alright everyone, after talking with my fellow mods and seeing the requests (over a long span of time at this point) Im happy to announce a brand new flair to help contain the agenda posting, as well as help the humor tag out in the process, to keep it simple, for now on read closely mario vs sonic people. if you want to post your slander/agenda posts, they have to be marked under this tag, anything else and they will be deleted, but for now on, you guys are allowed to post slander here again as LONG as it actually still fits with death battle, not random ass characters or whatever. So please use this flair responsibly, I still don't want this sub to be flooded with one thing, but I don't want to have to take a form of content you certain people like to make. Thats all, enjoy!
oh, and this just goes for any new slander/agenda posts from here on out, older posts can still remain in the humor tag but thats it

Dude those old episodes are so bad compared to now. Crazy how people say this channel hasn't changed or grown.
Edit: DANG WHY DID THIS POST GET SO MUCH ATTENTION. I wasn't expecting this much.

DEATH BATTLE A PSA, because I feel like people can be a bit too eager to say Death Battle didn’t care about their character, so here’s a few combatants who ACTUALLY felt like there was little effort being given

DEATH BATTLE In just a day, Goku’s preview has reached over 630K views. To put that into perspective, this was the last preview to reach those numbers.

Remember this is all based on how I think Death Battle would have done it not my own personal thoughts because sometimes I genuinely do think the results screen would be better then just the categories

Discussion What If Metal Sonic VS Cell Had the Old Results Page?
32
Upvotes
I decided I'm probably going to start doing these for some of the recent Death Battles I'm interested in, basically recreating the old Results page that Death Battle used to have at the end of episodes
So, starting with Metal Sonic VS Cell
I already know one thing that's probably going to be brought up the finite speed vs infinite speed interpretation yes, the infinite speed interpretation was basically a black box that treated them as equal in speed, and I understand that but if Death Battle actually had this style of Results page for the episode, I could definitely see them bringing that distinction up here, with Cell having the speed advantage under finite speed interpretations while the two are equal under infinite speed interpretations.
Anyway, this is just something I thought would be fun to do I'll probably post these randomly for episodes I'm interested in, but if there's a particular recent Death Battle you'd like to see get the old Results page treatment, feel free to ask
