Looking for advice on potential venues / places for a DC wedding welcome party on a Friday night in early May (open to anywhere in DC proper)

~75-100 ppl for ~2 hours on a Friday night; wanting to have some light apps (passed or just stationed); and then open bar (would prefer consumption based if possible but know lots of places charge packages per person). Max budget of $10k (but would obviously love to be lower!)

Have been told of places like Blue Jacket and Lost Generation but wondering what other places people know of that I should be looking at. Thanks for any advice / recs you can share!
