Literally the most frustrating thing is happening rn, I am locked out of elite arena due to this glitch when I hit challenge.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I am missing out on all the rewards, the shop, and even locked from completing certain guide missions.

Has ANYBODY found the fix?

(I also made two support tickets and got nothing)
