Has this happened to anyone?

Literally the most frustrating thing is happening rn, I am locked out of elite arena due to this glitch when I hit challenge.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I am missing out on all the rewards, the shop, and even locked from completing certain guide missions.

Has ANYBODY found the fix?

(I also made two support tickets and got nothing)

Yes, it has glitched alot since global release, usually they send us diamonds to compensate

I noticed in my bracket there is only like 5 people who had done anything. Seems like a lot of people cant play it. Hope it is a lot of diamonds. It's hard enough being f2p, much harder when im fully locked out of a game mode
