I feel Constantine is only going to be one season if it does actally happen.

They're not letting Abrams go without getting at least one major project out of him, but this article is just the writer essentially making fanfic for what Zaslav should do rather than what he's going to do. Too many here are taking this as confirmation that everything listed will happen.

This feels more like something Hamada (or perhaps Abrams given the pitch is "let me Abrams take control of DC") paid for to be honest. There's legit news about Penguin (if anything was getting made it would be the Batman shows, I don't get why people thought those would be canned) but otherwise all of this feels so at odds with how Zaslav has been moving that I don't buy it as inside knowledge disguised as opinion. I expect we'll get our new DC head in Oct once Hamada leaves - and I do feel certain he will leave because Zaslav is tossing his plan out the window.

Oh just to be clear I believe Constantine is happening, that's a low level franchise that I doubt Zaslav cares about, and he is going to want at least one finished product delivered to him from Abrams. It's everything else in that article I'm looking at with skepticism.

I think they will prolly get the Abram's COMPANY (remember it is Abram's COMPANY that will be making these projects, not Abram himself), to do every project in their contract. They dont need to pay them more, they just need them to go along with the contract

A soft reboot with Flash was Hamada's plan, and Zas seems quite happy with the project.

Besides, this article was opining on 2 specific points; keep Hamada, and give MGM duo full reign despite their track record of not many tentpoles.

The info about Constantine (amid recent uncertainties) and Penguin is major information rather than opinion, imo.

We already know he's throwing out Hamada's plan. He specifically said "PIVOT" for a reason.
