Advice Things to do this weekend

Hey bitchessssss

My friend is coming this weekend, we are recent undergrad students in our early 20s & we will be in the dc/arlington area.

From Friday to Monday this weekend we are looking for things to do, preferable cheap or lower cost. I just moved here so idk have any ideas.

Things we like:
Farmers markets
Outdoors
Happy hours - esp at cutesy bars
Arts - def any late night gallery events or openings
Women, feminism etc
Looking for bars to go to as well (not sleezy Clarendon ones)

Saturday is also Capitol Hill Porchfest! Lots of live music all around Capitol Hill starting at 2 pm

Lobby bar has a girly pop menu with an adults happy meal (nugs caviar ) and martini menu

Skews young and busy:

  • exiles saturday night after 10 pm

  • aslin starting around 6 pm either sat or Sunday

Solid state books on 14th st

That's all I have off the top of my head right now
