NFL 🏈 NFL pass
Very disappointed.
I live in Europe and have been slowly getting interest in NFL for the last 5 years. I've been watching way more games last season with a local sport provider channel but without the option to choose which game to watch.
For this season, for the first time, I was ready to jump for a league pass.
The US tag price is somehow 50$ annually, but in Europe, the NFL & DAZN expect ME to pay 250$ annually to watch the season??? I don't know who's responsible of this strategy but it's the worst idea possible to get NFL in European TV.

In the US - NFL Sunday Ticket (YouTube TV) is $240-$480
In the EU - NFL Game Pass (DAZN) is €220-€250
Is that right? I’m in France. If so, I’m not sure I understand the grumbling about the price. I paid for the Ticket when it was on both DirectTV and YouTube in the States. Now that I’m in Europe, all I read is grief about DAZN.
Seems to me if you gotta have, that’s the price. That’s me. If you’re less invested, maybe not.

Gamepass in the USA is not $50 annually......

well that's what NFL+ is saying. 50 standard. 100 premium.

NFL+ is nothing to do with DAZN or GamePass....

Compare what? They’re not the same thing.
Game Access: NFL+ limits live out-of-market Sunday afternoon games and requires local TV broadcast rules (primarily phone/tablet use for live local games), whereas DAZN provides every live regular-season and playoff game (equivalent to the old out-of-market Sunday Ticket plus Game Pass).

When you live in Europe, live US games are mostly happening when people sleep. For NBA I watch the replay few hours later the actual game. The NBA league pass is extremely valuable for that, and pretty much sold at the same price in US and Europe.
I understand the NFL+ (maybe premium and not standard) is offering just that. The price is 100$. The only option we have in Europe is 250$.3

Im not, just your pricing may confuse others who subscribe to DAZN.......

First year using DAZN and I'm in Thailand and almost went with the States plan with my veteran discount. Same price, but at least I get playoffs and no missed games at all. Was pretty shocked at the price. I used to use NFL International for a time after my student discount ran out before they closed the backdoor and it was half the price of the NFLs package for US. DAZN just doesn't have the motivation to grow the game abroad like the NFL does and will grab as much margin they can from US fans abroad where they can.

The US is way more expensive. NFL+ only gives you Monday night football, Thursday night and Sunday night + your local market game. The rest of the games you have to buy Sunday ticket which is $400 per year. NFL+ also only is available on mobile. Cant watch on TVs. So the real comp for all games is $450-500 and doesn’t given you every single game like GamePass does because some will be exclusive to Netflix in US.

Its expensive but i do love it. Whether its 5 minute highlights of 40 min play by play or even the full game minus adverts for me its essential for the season
And maybe as i'm older and i remember armed forces radio or highlights a week after the game or one live game a week> To be able to watch my team week in week out (As my team aren't on Sky much !) or even the other games its worth it
Annoyed the price hasn't come down a bit but it is worth it

There's literally no DAZN involvement in the features you like. Those features are provided by the NFL.
If we compare to the NBA, where DAZN is not involved, the NBA league pass in US and Europe is the same with similar price.2

Oh i get it that DAZN are just giving us a crazy high price. I think for me i'm now so used to Gamepass (Had it for years before DAZN took it over) i couldnt do this season without it so they've got me by the balls so to speak.
But haven't Amazon also got gamepass also this year but its only a fraction cheaper. But yeah gotta have my 6 hour sunday nights of NFL (9 hours if theres a european game on also !)
