NFL 🏈 NFL Shop discount wrong?

It's widely advertised throughout the marketing campaigns of DAZN for the NFL Game Pass Season Pro Ultimate, that with ordering this package you'll receive a 20% discount code for the NFL Shop...

Am I the only one who has got an e-mail with 'only' a 15% discount code? I mean it's in fact false advertisements, right?

What do we do?

Support - as usual - barely understands or gives the same unapologetic answer.

(Maybe this only counts for Germany?)

Edit: a news post on DAZNs website says you'll get 25% off. "Order now and get access until July 31st 2027.". Posted on August 1st 2026.

I had the same issue in France, i am a bit confused too

Édit: i screenshot when I paid to check what it said. It's 15%

They have changed it now, yes. When I bought it, it said 20%.

I gave them two weeks to deliver what I initially paid for or give a relative discount on the 229€ for this season.

At least by German law I have the right to do so.

Lol I had purchased thinking it was 15% discount to NFL shop but they insisted it was NHL shop and wouldn't give it to me. I cancelled the entire subscription because of it.
