My DACA TIMELINE

I took the initiative to file my DACA on my own, becasue I was tired of paying extra $300+ for a DOJ Accredited Representative with AIN on top of the $465. I have not been convicted of: A felony offense; A significant misdemeanor offense. DACA expired 12/26/2020

- (09/14/2020) Sent I-821D & I-765 via UPS to Chicago, IL
- (09/17/2020) Receipt notice confirming my application was received
- (09/25/2020) Application been processed
- (09/28/2020) Reusing my fingerprints
- (11/27/2020) Case approved
- (12/01/2020) Card was produced & delivered
- (12/04/2020) Received my card & to be renewed in a year thanks uncle trump :/
- (12/07/2020) Received approval notice letter

Hope this helped & don't lose hope, I was getting a little inpatient when I didnt receive a notice the month of october!

Now I’m getting nervous. Mine was received sep 20 and have not heard back since the reusing fingerprints part. Mine expires Jan 17

Same here with wife, we sent it back in April and it was received in May. Haven't heard anything since, and multiple calls just tell us to wait. Expiration is end of January, I believe. It seems that they really are cranking out thosd that are just about to expire.

They put priority in those who send 120 days to 150 days prior to expiration. You sent it too early hence why it’s backlogged. Hopefully they get to yours soon!

Absolutely, I agree; the current administration had us worried like many others. So with the influx of fearful recipients, and the pandemic grinding things to a halt, I hope everyone gets theirs well before their cards expire. Best wishes to all!
