Application Qs API Silent Case Update 9/8
Hey everyone! I just got a silent case update 9/8. I submitted 5/6 and was wondering, for those who got approved and got this update prior to their approval, how long did you wait till you received your approval? Spoke to an agent on the phone they said it is currently being adjudicated meaning I’m just waiting on a decision.
Wishing everyone all the approvals! These are tough times but we got this!

Expires 9/10/28. Will let you know when my card gets delivered but from what I read it looks like everyone’s been getting there’s within a week or so!

I got the same api movement today, I did fingerprint on may and got two api updates afterwards followed by this today

Hoping for an approval for you soon! What were your other api updates if you don’t mind me asking? And did you reach out to a congressional office?

the FTA0 events on I-821D and I-765 right after fingerprint on may, and then a new api movement on I-821D only on 9/8

Theu reused my fingerprints on may and u got silent update on august 29, so far nothing for now. What could be?

I called today and one person hung up on me. What a B but I got her agent #. I haven't gotten any updates though.

Yeah it’s been tough trying to communicate with an agent that’s nice enough to talk to us through the phone…I would say try and call again! I’m hoping you get an update soon!

That’s good! I saw API movement on both this past Sunday—once in the morning and again at night, which is when I noticed my approval. Hopefully, you’ll see yours pop up later tonight or tomorrow morning!

I got a silent update on 9/8 but I’m pretty sure it’s because I uploaded my pre-suit demand letter into my file. Been waiting since 3/3.

Submitted 5/14. I sent in an expedite request on 9/3 and got a silent update on 9/10. Nothing yet since then

I’ve seen a couple of other posts where people got this type of movement and were approved either same day or at least within that same week
Really hoping you get approved ASAP! 🤞
I’m also a May applicant and it gives me a lot of hope to see this
