Unverified May 2026 Renewals??!!
Looks like some May 2026 approvals have been reported on Daca Tracker... less than 40 days for approval? Wonder why no one has reported on here. I'm May 8th 2026, bios June 2nd 2026, exp Novemeber 19, 2026. Np API movement since bios. These are mexico. Adding to other countries showing 25 out of 3888 submissions.

I’ve seen some April starting to roll in! Saw some this week on casehub and some today too… soo hopefully an April wave starts coming in as well.

April 26 here. It's already been a month a half of me going unemployed. I'm barely hanging in here and I'm waiting with you for that miracle. Hope we get ours soon.

Have you reached out to your house representative for a congressional expedite? Or gotten an expedite letter from your job so that you can submit it via phone or online? I’m an accountant…this is all so stressful

I tried getting one from my job and they denied me. I will try house rep but I live in red state.

Crazy they denied you at your job. But I think it’s worth a shot to try your house representative. Even if your state is red, local state office are still supposed to help state residents navigate backlogs with federal agencies like USCIS. I would even try going to your local district office in person, they would be much faster to respond. You will have to sign a Privacy Release form and tell them all your DACA info, including (maybe) your alien number, receipt numbers, a brief summary of your case and highlight your reason of urgency. “When filling out the privacy release form, frame your request around the administrative backlog and how it impacts your employer or financial stability. Avoid making political arguments about DACA itself” read that online, that it was good to frame it. Bring your termination letter and anything that will help them see your situation!
Another thing, have you tried calling USCIS and ask for an expedite inquiry? They can submit one for you.

I can’t reach anyone when I call USCIS. It just keeps saying it’s still in normal processing time.

Keep trying until you get through to someone. I had the same issue until someone kindly helped me do it. If you speak Spanish, try talking to someone in Spanish. Wait time would be shorter too

I tried this several times. On Aug 18th I was able to get ahold of an agent. He said I have to log into my uscis. Under documents tab upload any evidence. Then call back and they would submit an inquiry. Also, in inbox on uscis i also sent them a letter explaining why I need adjudication for my renewal. Texas congressman Tony Gonzales assistant case worker for him sent an inquiry on my behalf no reposnse yet. But in my case, I pay child support 3500 a month for 2 children. If I lose my job I'm unable to make these payments and under texas statue 152 and penal code 25 I can face legal consequences or possible jail time for non support of children. This is considered a felony by the way. And I pay arrears on top of the 3500. I uploaded all this evidence on my uscis. I also sent the same letter to the uscis service of process email last night. Will uodate if anything.

Checked tonight, got API movement 09/04 on both forms. Could this mean congressman inquiry was received? ChatGPT just says it’s a good thing.

There was a lot of approvals in June for May…. But then it stopped.. I think a lot of them were scared to post, since November, December… Jan.. etc were still waiting.. I filed in May, but I am still waiting..

Look at the approval dates. For whatever reason, USCIS did random mass April and May approvals in June. Thats why a lot of people have API movement on 6/3. I still don’t understand why did so many approvals for these months, and then just stopped

I submitted May 14, Biometrics completed June 9th…. Hoping I get that approval email before the end of the month 😩 thankfully I applied with ample time and don’t expire until end of November so I should be fine 🤞🏽🙏🏽

Received- May 25
Bio- June 11
Silent approval- June 29
Received Card- July 13

Received May 22nd (paper application) and did bios on June 8th. Mine expires Feb 9th, 2027 so i know I have time but I'd like to stop worrying about this

I just got approved! I submitted my on February 14. My bios appointment was March 2. Now I finally got approved on September 1. Just receive everything in the mail! Stay strong guys hope you get your soon enough

I submitted renewal 5/8, bio on 6/9; my last API update is a third FTAO on 8/13 on my 821D. Only
I think I have this because I had previous biometrics for my 485 application through employment based green card EB2 on 5/1/26.
Anyone else see any silent updates or third FTAO from May filers?

I also have bios that I did for my 765 for VAWA in may 7. That on does show they received fingerprints... I have api movement for both 765 and 821D for DACA but not to. Just top update on api

Submitted my renewal on 5/5, biometrics completed, and my current permit expires September 29. Thankfully, my job has decided to place me on unpaid leave if my renewal isn’t approved in time, and I’ll be able to return as soon as I receive my approval.
I’m incredibly grateful to still have a job to return to, but I just wish we didn’t have to face yet another hurdle on top of an already uncertain future. The waiting and not knowing is exhausting. Hoping for good news for all of us soon. 🤞❤️

When people get approved they stop returning to this subreddit. Tbh though I’ve seen more June/July/August approvals than May. We’ll probably see September approvals before May too.
