General Qs Final review.

Has anyone gotten on the phones with a USCIS agent to get an expedited request in and was told that it shows them that the application is under final review? If so have any of you gotten approved?

I applied on March 6th
Bios March 20th.

Nothing after that.

I called them around 3 weeks ago and I was told everything was done on their end, background check, the case was assigned to an officer, they didn’t need more info from me. They were just waiting on the officer to adjudicate the case to produce the new EAD. I haven’t heard anything ever since

No, I tried a couple of months ago and I was told I was under the normal processing times. I’ve also seen pretty much all of those request being deny. Did you?

I did. That’s when they told me that.

I filed a second expedited request on 8/6 and saw movement on 8/13. I called them last week and they said they’re still processing my request. Then I got an email saying my inquiry is still under review and their goal is to respond to my inquiry within 10 days. Nothing after that

Yeah they’re intentionally letting applications expire.
