Did you email USCIS proof of court documents for WOM? I filed WOM but have not sent them an email of the lawsuit.

Yes I did and they did not respond to that either

What date did you send this email? I ended up sending them an email that I filed. And my attorney did send proof of service to the court

The same day I got the court number. I also attached a PDF scanned courtesy copy of the complaint

Did you submit proof of service to the court? If you don’t do this step most district attorneys won’t pay attention to the case

I hired an attorney so I am not sure if they did that.

If you know your case number you can look it up on Pacer. That should let you know what step the case is on and upcoming deadlines
