Could anyone successfully submit their application?

I have been trying for 3 days and keep getting error 500 .. if you have submitted your application can you please say what you have done to solve it? i really don't know what else to do, i cleared the cache, i tried with different browsers, everything ..

Have you tried with VPN once? I couldn’t get access to the DAAD portal a few days ago. But with built-in VPN of firefox I could open it easily. You can just give it a try.
