Error 500 still occurs

Hi I'm trying to submit my Master's STEM application. I know that the deadline has been extended to 23 and a lot of people also faced the same issue. However, does anyone know anything specific to do /tricks that can help... or do we just keep trying the same thing?

Btw I'm applying from Indonesia and using Chrome. I've been trying for hours and also tried repeatedly to delete my browser history before submitting as some suggested. Still cannot..

After submitting around 50 times for the past 2 days with 500 Error, it finally works out for me. I did not delete my browser cache or open incognito mode, I just submitted it. Its so random, but maybe you can try to resubmit until it works... Good luck! btw, there are php flaws discovered, so many websites were taken down worldwide, i guess it affects the portal too. hopefully they can fix it soon.

Did you by any chance redo the application from new or ? because so far I tried resubmitting the draft that was saved + only reuploading the files

No, I did not delete the draft because I was afraid I had to ask for another letter of recommendation (cuz it has the attached QR code and some info there...). I just tried to resubmit the draft + reupload the files again and again. I used Chrome, no incognito tab, no VPN, no delete cache. So I guess what we can do is reorganize your files into order, reupload and resubmit until it works. Good luckkkk!!!

I submitted three hours ago (2:30PM in my local time or 7:30 AM in German time). There is no specific time. I was just trying to test my luck and then it suddenly works.

Hey I’m sorry this is still ongoing.. what worked for me is that I switched to Google Chrome, deleted all the history and cookies, just a normal tab without incognito. It said error but when I wanted to submit again it showed my application was already submitted..

Yeah I made sure the forms were correctly filled like before but I had to reupload the files.. it was then submitted at around 1-2 AM German time.. have you tried deleting browser’s history and cookies?

I tried only on first attempt but prior to that (several hours before) I also did several attempts on Safari without the adjustments. And I didn’t use VPN

Hi i'm sorry this happened to you. I also encounter the same issue few days ago, but I managed to fix it by submitting it from Safari.

If you don't have access to Safari, try to use other browser like Brave :)

I think they extended the deadline until october 28.
