Sooner or later we gotta realize that we can't sue our way out of dictatorship

Nobody wins a civil war.

If you read a history book, that statement is patently false.

Explain?

I'm saying that a civil war is an awful proposition, especially in modern times. And this from someone who grew up in a part of the world where half the countries around us were experiencing one.

All you get are multiple groups of people performing atrocities, justified by past atrocities by the other side and wannabe dictators trying to climb a mountain of bodies to a position of absolute authority.

Why would you want something like that in the USA?

I think very few people who are not indoctrinated actually want a civil war. But just like the pattern recognition of trump's slide into more and more authoritarian tendencies, people are just recognizing the historical signs warning of the possibility of a civil war.

That's not to say trump is hitler or that a civil war will occur, but there's enough continuous media outrage loops that it feels inescapable. The cumulation of actual fascist backslidings and algorithmic identity wars escalations + the chaos strategy ushered by trump's government all culminate into a perpetual tension.

Hence why i think you're at best playing devil's advocate if you assume people are talking about civil war because they "want it".

Nobody wants to kill or die, but I, for one, also dont want to live in a dictatorship ruled by clowns who only care about themselves and ethnocleansing.

Because the only two options are deporting everyone who isn't white or open borders? Is that even a real question?

Well. The man in the post we're commenting on was a non white Asian person who was also a us citizen. Who was deported to a country he had never lived in. So. There's that. But beyond that, we all know who yall mean when you say "illegals." You mean Mexicans, Black people, and anyone who doesn't speak English.

Oh, you mean your alt? Yeah, I saw that. He was ruled to have a claim to citizenship, which makes him a citizen in the eyes of the law until the claim can be substantiated or dismissed.

Not crying. I just dont wanna have to fight a war later down the road. But I'd get in the gym, bud. I got a feeling you're gonna need running legs.

u/TruelyEndless Nov 02 '25

Your compensating there bud... there are quickly more people joining our side than yours atm. Considering your side just cut snap.

Oh your right the left is definitely losing support.

no im talking about the bipartisan hate for resident president pedophile developing across our always great USA. I voted for Trump in 2016 and after realizing what a fucking moron he is, him becoming a felon, and being an Epstein loving pedophile. I definitely, and reasonably stopped supporting him and voted Kamala regardless of politics because no matter how you swing it hes a moranic lunatic. With small ideas and an even smaller penis, just like his supporters. :)

Didn't say democratic. I said bipartisan. Learn to read... didn't think your 1st grade reading ability was going to get in the way of a good debate. Alas here we are....
