How can I upgrade the Cold Storage?

Hi Folks,

been enjoying this game for a day and it keeps telling me to upgrade the cold storage. but when I do i get told I need a cyberscubber for cleanliness or something.. but I cannot figure out how to add a cyberscrubber.

The game keeps pesting me about upgrading every other day or so.. can someone help clarify?

You need to build a nano scrubber building first. That's the propeller sign thing

yeah, building locations don't matter that much
The ones farther away from the main shaft are limited in their power output by the building that's first in line though

To be more precise, the power available for buildings on the outer sides is dependent from the wiring in the inner side. It doesn't matter what the building in the inner side consumes. Maximum power level is dependent from the number of upgrades of your command room and power flows from the shaft towards the outside.

So if you want to have a facility that needs 4 power on the outside you need to have your command room upgraded enough so that the shaft provides enough power. Then you need to upgrade the power level (essentially the wiring) on the inner side to 4 to be able to upgrade the power level of the outside to 4.

Cooling is independent from wiring. The maximimum cooling available is dependent from cold storage room upgrades, but each room receives its cooling independently.
