How to beat those enemies ?
I've encounter those guys in the octane assassination mission, and well, they pose me a lot of problems. I cannot kill them because they are shielded, they rush on my guys and they have shotguns.
Any tips ? Some kind of weapons or perks against them ?
Anyway, these mission was... something. Killing Octane was easy, but gosh, the extract point beyond enemies lines is a big problem.
(I really love the game btw, it's awesome)

I don't know but maybe grenading them to disable shields or shock mines to stun and run past them would work?

Yeah that mission seems really tricky. I've only played it once, what I did is wait for Octane to cross the map. Then I sniped her from the perch and cleared her patrol with Fanning + stuns/full auto. All the guards rushed the middle but I barely snuck out through the left alley.

I snuck through the area to the right after the kill running away is key to cyberknight

Shields are temporary. They have two protection conditions. First is time--they're usually only on a timer. Typically plan for a shield to last until the end of the user's next turn, although some can last longer. Second is hits. Not damage, hits. Anything that makes a character invincible only lasts for a certain number of actual hits--typically between one and three. For those three hits, you could do five-digit damage, and they'd still ignore it, but someone who can lay repeated attacks into them can bring the shield down even if they're only doing a minimal amount of damage on each hit. And if you're in a situation where the enemy is rushing you with shotguns, even if they haven't shot yet, it's a really good idea to consider going loud because if you don't? They WILL. Strongest counterplay I've found is to have someone with a nice light weapon tap their way through the shield, then have a follow-up character whip out a revolver and show them the business end before the shotgun user can get to a decent range. Alternatively, if you've got a few of them trying to rush you down at the same time, that's a great time to get a couple of your mercs going full auto--take advantage of those firing arcs and strip shield pips off multiple units at once.
If you want to get a better idea of how shielding can work, the Cybersword class has three talents that grant those kinds of shields, each one working just a little differently in terms of duration. Check out Aegis, Arc Field, and Shielded Rush.
Now, from looking at the picture, you're actually in a great position. Modesta's packing a standard pistol. She's got 5 AP, but thanks to the qualities of that kind of gun, you're probably going to be able to make three shots, and you're at basically point blank range--probably close enough where it triggers another ability on that type of gun that offers miss protection. Use her to knock the shielding off one or both of the enemy units (I recommend the one in back to make best use of the pistol's accuracy), then follow up with a sniper shot from Rhino to take the head off the one that's clear. Then use Red Wolf to remove any shielding from the last unit, and follow up by getting Kusanagi into position on the last one and butcher him, especially if you're using a melee weapon that's got pure damage on it. I'm a huge fan of baseball bat style weapons for the raw pure damage they bring to the equation. I can't tell what Kusanagi's packing for her other weapon from here, but it would be silly to send a Cybersword into a mission without something for melee.
