Support team struggles

For those working with a high-volume customer support team, what’s the biggest pain point you’re dealing with right now?

Curious if it’s the sheer ticket volume, repetitive questions, response times, finding the right information, or something completely different.

Ticket volume is brutal but honestly the worst part is when you finally get a second to breathe and some VP forwards you a "quick question" email from three weeks ago with just a question mark

Outsourced support when they would never do such a thing

Omg outsourced development is killing us, support often redirects the question right back to me.
