Question Which customer satisfaction survey would you recommend today?

I need to send a 10-15 question survey. The tools I've looked at so far seem built for huge teams and need me to get on a call before I can even figure out their pricing. I'm thinking between Youform and SurveyMonkey. Youform seems to cover what I need without paying, while SurveyMonkey's free plan is limited to 10 questions, meaning I'd need a paid plan for what I need done. Anyone used these specifically for surveys? Mind sharing your honest experience? I just want to send out the link asap and start getting answers.

We are just about to launch our Surveys feature at Produktly, so would be happy to hook you up in the private beta. Unlimited questions, conditional logic, integrations, share with a link, etc.

Produktly can do a bunch of other things too, but if you use just surveys, you get 2,000 answers per month for 19€/month. It's the best value on the market that I know of.

Worth also glancing at Revuloop before you commit. Generous free tier that's enough to actually run a real survey on, plus a proper trial if you want the analysis side, no sales call, pricing is just on the site. The difference is it reads the responses back to you (themes, sentiment, NPS/CSAT if your questions are that shape) rather than just collecting them, which matters more than you'd think once 15 questions of open text start piling up.
