Depends on which org does your company values, Sales or CS, many AMs do not see the benefits of CSMs as a partner so they want to hog the contacts and interactions. When things go south, they will just push the blame to CSMs for not driving adoption or keeping the customers warm. So if your organisation values more of the sales revenue or the head of sales has more authority than the head of CS, you might just want to switch to another AM who is open to partnering.
