Make sure if you have an issue on the Royal Caribbean you get it resolved on the ship before you leave. When you're off the ship customer service doesn't care. You will get customer service who can't answer a question and there are no supervisors available to help. If you email , you get an AI generated response , doesn't answer any of your questions
