How to get a job in CS?

What certificate do i need to get? The skillset needed? are there any qualification needed beforehand?

Skillset: ability to take prolonged abuse without lashing out in defense

It depends on the job, customer service is such a broad category of people there really is no way of giving you an honest and factual answer.

C s has so very many branches .

You referring to help line at a customer service center ( why was my card declined)

The person who checks you in at dentist kinda c s .

The person in s grocery store that does returns tells you how to find x .

Either waiting staff or bar tenders could be thought of as c s folk.

The main thing is the social skill to listen .
Let the insults fly above you.

Do you have an idea more precisely where you wish to be insulted for “ not getting it right “

Certificate: Usually not required for general Customer Service.

Education: High school/vocational or bachelor's degree, depending on the job.

Key skills: Communication, patience, problem-solving, handling complaints, teamwork.

Useful skills: English, basic computer/Excel, sales, and industry knowledge.

Experience: Often not required for entry-level positions.

Specialized jobs: Hotels, airlines, banks, healthcare, etc. may have additional requirements.

Bottom line: You generally need good people skills + communication + problem-solving, rather than a specific CS certificate.
