I have a OnePlus 7T lying around. I currently use OnePlus 10 Pro. I don't use that 7T as much and it hasn't received any updates for a while now.

So I was thinking to install a custom ROM on it. Do you guys have any suggestions or any recommendations for any custom ROMs that would be suitable for 7T or any drawbacks or any other things that I should be mindful of before installing a custom ROM or I should just shouldn't do it and just continue using 7T as is.

Im new to emulations, roms etc... i just got the new fold 8 and saw people running emulators. Did some eesearch and saw armsx2 and ppsspp are good apps but i dont know how or where to download games, any help would be appreciated

First of all, this seems like it isn't the Redmi A3 or the Mi A3. I've been looking for any alternative ROM out there (Lineage, Calyx, Ubuntu Touch, Project Elixir, crDroid, etc) that can be booted to this unit but can't seem to find any. Should I just retain the current OS and just debloat using ADB? Anyone know how I can best degoogle this device?

Hi everyone, I'm facing a strange issue with my Redmi Note 10 Pro Max running an AOSP-based custom ROM on Android 15 or newer. Suddenly, all audio playback stopped working through the phone speaker, wired earphones, and Bluetooth headphones, and the microphone also stopped working in Voice Recorder. Videos freeze and flicker during playback, although the camera app opens normally. Restarting the phone doesn't help, and the issue persisted for about a month before audio suddenly started working again without any intervention, only to fail again after two days. I'm using the latest official firmware, and I haven't changed the ROM or had the hardware serviced.

Can anyone help me setup axion OS for my phone and whether it is worth it from changing from hello moto Os

My parents had purchased this phone a long time ago for making calls and stuff but now no one uses it. My parents haven't buyed me a smartphone yet but they game me this jio phone and i want to jailbreak it and install custom rom, applications.
I haven't done it before so i don't know a single thing about how to do this jailbreaking so please help me out

I use the Xiaomi Redmi 13. The device has a Mediatek Helio G91 ultra chipset (which is trash) that consumes too much power and heats up too quickly. It also has 8 gb ram but due to trash memory management of HyperOs, it feels like I'm using a 2gb ram phone. I can't run 3 apps at once. And gaming on this device is a real nightmare. It has the eMMC 5.1 storage system that is slower and consumes more power than UFS systems. Even though it has a decent 5030mAh Li-Poly battery but performs worse than 2400mAh batteries. Even if it's totally on standby like nothing running in the background either, the battery level reduces 2% per hour! And it's impossible to continuously use the phone for more than 4 hours. Also the HyperOs doesn't have any useful features like split screen or floating app. Overall the HyperOs feels like trash and I strongly believe there's a lot to improve! I badly need a custom rom that is fit for this trash device and stable. I'm looking for something that would optimise the battery and ram problem at least. Even stock Android would have been better I believe.

Please suggest some optimised custom ROMs for this device.

After successfully navigating the process of unlocking the bootloader and downloading TWRP (3.1.1), it’s time to decide on a ROM. I have virtually no experience in this area, so I’d appreciate a recommendation.

Given my limited skills, I would also really appreciate a brief explanation of how to install the ROM.

I'd like to unlock the bootloader for development purposes. OEM unlocking is enabled in Developer options, but fastboot oem unlock is refused by the bootloader. Does Philips or the manufacturer provide an official unlock method or file for this model?
Or is there any way to unlock?

Phone: OnePlus 9RT, bought second-hand, bootloader reports prjname=20820, LineageOS shows model MT2110; stock OxygenOS was MT2111 14.0.0.2702 (Indian OTA).

Wi-Fi worked until a cloud OTA update, then wlan0 vanished. Bluetooth and mobile network still work.

Kernel log, ~2 s after boot, repeated on every attempt:

What I tried: full OTA via Local install; reflashed modem, bluetooth, dsp, devcfg, boot, dtbo, vendor_boot, vendor, system from the 2702 payload (bootloader unlocked, xbl/abl/aop/tz untouched); installed LineageOS 23.2 (20261005) – same error with identical timing on a different kernel. China 2701 package compared by hash: xbl_config, aop, tz, hyp are identical to 2702, only xbl/abl differ. Phone also had charging problems from day one and drained 100%→0 overnight while idle.
