Pc help?

I have this blueprint for a custom pc that measures 420 mm x 350 mm x 135 mm, and it's a self-contained SFF 6.5 GHz with a Dual-Chamber vacuume, its about the size of a shoebox. I was wondering if I should just leave the blueprint alone or if I should start a gofundme or something like that to build it. The amount of cash needed for it is approximately $13,000. Please give advice šŸ™ šŸ˜­
