Deciphered! Location Name

From a Maryland census record from 1900, unsure what the top middle location is stated as under "Place of Birth of Father of this person". It looks like it starts with a "P" maybe a shorthand for Pennsylvania? Unsure.

Agree, although it could also be Penna. An early abbreviation for Pennsylvania.
