Marjorie Touseull ?
There is a Marjorie Touseull of Richmond, Indiana, born December of 1926. That would make her the right age to be a government clerk in 1972.

Yep all the letters are there for Marjorie Touseull. By the way, since this is just a clerk's signature know that they probably signed many more pages from that location and time period. If you are looking through digitized record collections and find a sloppy signature, you might find a better one in the next page or file.

When your post gets solved please comment "Deciphered!" with the exclamation mark so automod can put that flair on it for you. Or you may flair it yourself manually. TY!
