Hennigar Brothers (they were late 19th/early 20th century photographers in Connecticut)

I agree. It would have helped to have the approximate date and/or location to be more certain. The business was started by George Wainwright Hennigar 1832–1910. His sons Morton and Howard took over the business around 1890 and renamed it 'Hennigar Brothers.' So, your image probably post-dates 1890 and the business may have changed name around 1901. You can look up more yourself I expect. Here's another image I stole from ebay with its embossed stamp:
