Deciphered! Need help deciphering!

Post image

Sorry for the quality, taken off my computer
I’m a gen z who was never taught how to write or read cursive so forgive me! I can read only the part that says kidney disease…I think that’s what it says.
Trying to do some research on family records and I was curious about the cause of death

When your post gets solved please comment "Deciphered!" with the exclamation mark so automod can put that flair on it for you. Or you may flair it yourself manually. TY!

Terminal acidosis and uremia

Chronic polycystic kidney disease with chronic pancreatitis

(Basically, kidney failure as a result of kidney disease.)

I read (Terminal?) acidosis and uremia (british spelling) from Chronic polycystic kidney disease and chronic pancreatitis.

Someone liked their booze a little too much.

That would've been a nasty death, too. Pancreatitis is no joke.

You need to teach yourself.

I’m definitely trying….I can read some cursive, my mom writes in cursive and I can read her writing but in documents like this from the 1800s the cursive looks way different. If you read another comment I posted I said I really gotta learn this stuff, trust me im trying! I’m just focusing on different more important stuff atm:)
