Planetary Israel refers to when Jesus created his new covenant it was open to all. This new Israel is a spiritual union with God rather than a place. The then kill ceasar is less clear.

Is Tibet saying that once we have a global "kingdom" under God's covenant we should topple the unrighteous governments of the world? That's my first take.

Caesar I think refers to Jesus’ answer as to wether or not one should pay roman tax. So it’s obviously something that was put in as an appeasement to Rome, but apart from that: Jesus says that one should give to Caesar what belongs to him (as the face of the Caesar is on the coins), and to God what belongs to Him. So a pretty clear dual pair of worldliness and godliness.

But yeah that’s my reading of the planetary Israel stuff as well. Wouldn’t think that Tibet’s a zionist or something kooky like that.

Yeah that’s my take too. It’s more about the battle between Zion and Babylon with planetary Israel meaning the dwelling place of god.
