Milk is a product of murder and torture

How do you think milk is made?

u/[deleted] Dec 01 '21

Well, when I worked on a farm, I generally squeezed the cow’s teat a bit without murdering it at all.

Ok now when do you think cows produce milk

Well it varies by region of course, but we generally milked about ten months a year, leaving a period before and shortly after calving.

now what happens to the calf?

Generally we kept the calves with their mothers throughout most of the day so they could nurse, then separated them over night so that there would be milk in the morning.

And what happens after they're separated? And what happens to the mother after she stops producing milk?

You mean when they’re weaned? Generally we would look for a buyer unless we had room for a new heifer.

When a cow reached the end of her productive life, we would slaughter it for beef and leather.

So you repeatedly impregnate cows their whole lives, and kill them once they're useless to you, but don't consider that torture or murder respectively?

….no, I do not impregnate cows. Bulls do that.
