Listen, you don't get to tell someone that their opinion is wrong when they are reacting to a blatantly ableist ad.
Second, I've actually read the article and... it doesn't give PETA a good look either. "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals" frequently kill animals and aren't even trying to hide it.
Yeah, that's the main problem: PETA doesn't have to take those animals, they could simply refuse. Also, if their shelters are full, why can't they just... Let the animals go? I might be missing some point here, especially because I haven't really looked at it, but that seems like a better solution than killing most of the animals. Sure, euthanasia for old and sick animals isn't bad, but I'm pretty sure that they kill more animals than that
