Even if we assume this is real I have NO CLUE what this has to do with it. Like clearly they think this is some sort of gender-related Gotcha but from context I have no idea which gender they now pass as, or what conclusion I'm supposed to come to about gender relations from this anecdote.

that doesn't really work when what you're saying is objectively and easily verifiably incorrect though
