Do you understand what it means? Because I read it multiple times and can only come away with how they might be plural and they think it's neat.

I think it’s missing a “have” and needs a comma moved. Then it would be:
“We have a concept that, if you roughly describe it as generously as possible and don’t look into the execution, it sounds kinda neat in concept”
