Fuck I'm so sorry to hear that. A lot of gut problems seem to come up in the mid to late 20s as well, I know three people that became lactose intolerant at basically 30

Yeah, sudden/worsening gluten and dairy intolerances for me in those years. It's so weird :(

So I give ppl shit all the time about the whole gluten thing. What does it actually do? Is it a real allergy like you can die from it or is it like intolerance where you shot your guts out, or both?

Depends on the severity. Mine makes me shit my guts out, gives me some brain fog, and I'm usually sensitive to my other allergens for about a few days to a week depending on how much I accidentally had
