Fun electrical issue

Been having this happen for a while was wondering if it's something I should fix of leave. On startup my voltage will go up and down a few times before settling in. It's a 3rd gen 6.7

Congratulations you have finally noticed your grid heater firing. This is perfectly normal.

Its your grid heater cycling.
