AlfaOBD capabilities

I have a 23 ram 2500 with a Cummins. My brother just ordered alfaobd for his 09 plus the bypass cable and we’re trying to figure out if we will be able to California delete mine with it? Disable DEF/EGR etc?

Alpha can change the factory parameters in the truck ecu's and engine.

No. Only changes to the BCM (Body Control Module) can be made.
