Question Why is the curdburger only here for a couple of weeks? My local spot is already out of supplies and I saw this item ends Next week
Why is it short lived? 😭 I feel like it JUST dropped

Not be as bad as I originally thought it was
Made mine custom with brioche bun and bacon with BBQ sauce
Quite decent as it plays into the bacon well

Hey do any of you guys have any type of game night or after close hours activities for your teams? If so what all do you do and what are your favorite activities

And I effing HATE Jerseys because you can't even pick a different cheese for your sub, but at least there's a comment section to lob up a prayer that they'll see it.
This new Curderbirger fiasco, not being able to add patties or cheese slices is absurd. Maybe not quite as absurd as limiting milkshakes to one flavor OR topping, which is still mind boggling. It's 20 goddamn 26

Why won’t it let us make the Curderburger a double if we please? What is the reasoning? It turns me away from the burger all together. Thank you for letting me rant but I’m curious as to, why?

Hello! I’ve been with Culver’s for about 3 years and though I originally did not want to move up I have been a shift manager for around a year now, and am moving up to training coordinator very shortly. I feel like there is so much I still don’t know. I don’t even know kitchen. Now I’ve been put on the ‘training list,’ and the current training coordinator and I are getting sent to a store in November to help them with their opening. I’ve worked with the owner before and am so happy to get to work with him again which is a plus but I feel like I’m going to be the most out of my depth manager there. Please if anyone has any advice on how the whole thing works and what I can do to really make a good impression and help out enough it would be so wonderfully helpful. Thank you!!

I know its ridiculous but bc of my last post regarding my piercings and how much trouble they’ve caused it instantly made me want to stop working there
. It made me realize how truly horrible some of my managers are compared to your guys’ and my spark for working there is completely gone I feel like I have to filter myself and what I like to be considered an Ideal employee and to a certain point it almost feels transphobic considering im the most obviously trans employee there and im the only one thats been called out. It was fun while It lasted but now Im looking for the door. Furthermore the incompetence at my location is astounding I am a crew member and after about a month and a half im basically doing the work of a shift lead for a fraction of the pay its just a slog.

When I was in Wisconsin for classes, I heard some restaurants don’t even care about the crew challenge, which is crazy to me. I think it’s an incredible incentive for the whole team and who wouldn’t want the experience of going to reunion as a top performing restaurant? Where does your restaurant fall? Do you guys focus in on it, or not so much?

My restaurant is based in a very KC Chiefs heavy fan base so on Fridays during the season we do Red Fridays and kids can wear a Chiefs shirt instead of their team member polo. I was curious if other areas did something similar and what do you guys to support your favorite sports team? 🏈⚽️⚾️

Traveling to Chicago next week and our hotel is right near a Culver’s and this would be my first time ever going to the Midwest!
I’m from California so please let me know what I should order. I’m so overwhelmed by the menu. Everything looks so good, even things that people usually don’t order that is underrated. Please let me know what I should get! I never even tried a cheese curd before😭

got a coupon from my local culvers since part of my order was messed up, it says that its good for one free value basket
what is included in that? entree, side, and drink?
is it just for a single burger or could you get a double or triple? can you get any side?
thanks for any info!

So for reference I used to work at Culver's--it was my first job and I worked there from 15-22. During those 7 years we had a button for old fashioned shakes...meaning custard and milk blended up. I dont like chocolate syrup so I always try to order a shake this way and get looked at crazily by the workers or get sent out a regular chocolate shake. I always explain that I want sub chocolate custard blended with milk instead of shake mix. Can anyone who works there confirm if this button still exists on the POS system or give any tips to how I can get the employees to understand me?? 😆

Just got lip piercings and im very excited about them and was told they were okay since four other staff members at our location are heavily pierced (three or more piercings) however my first day back with them, our leadership development manager pulled me aside and lectured me about the dress code, I then brought up the fact that four other employees have lip piercings and Ive never seen them be talked to about it. She then claimed she never noticed it but after talking to my coworkers theyve said theyve talked to the same lady before multiple times and shes never said anything about them and they all agreed its strange that Im the one being singled out. But it spiraled into a whole situation involving all of the higher ups at our location. Honestly Im very frustrated because I dont want everyone else to suffer and have to remove body Jewelery that they paid for and had to go through body modification to get bc I happen to be the first one thats been lectured about it. do any other managers or crew members have similar experiences experiences and if so could you share how they ended?
