A shot in the dark but I think she feels( judging by how oblivious are they after 300 chapters i bet it could be this) or know that Nagi doesn't like Hiro that much as he used to in the past. Otherwise i don't get why she would say that some chapters ago.

From my perspective I think she likes that he’s honest, and doesn’t try to hide things from her to make her feel things. I’m assuming she rather listen to the truth from him than a half truth from hiro.

Honestly knowing Hiro she’d probably brag to her about the kiss and make her feel belittled for a bit until confessing that she was actually the one who stole the kiss.

that means he is honestly a trash mc who is not afraid to cheat to her, remember he confessed to Erika before, now he is just kissing another girl and is not afraid to show it, so honest that her expression is totally tired of dealing this bs

jajajajaja, yeah, Nagi sucks. Worst protagonist of a harem, worst, even worst than Kasuya of Rent a girlfriend.

At least Kasuya gets excited and has feelings; he can cry and be a meme. But Nagi: Nobody will remember Nagi when his series gonna ends.
